Overview
From 2018-2021, We took lead on everything Muse. From the creative direction, brand and content refresh, to brand storytelling, marketing and user experience. We worked directly with the CEO, VP of marketing, and their small but zealous marketing dept. We helped manage every facet of the new ecommerce build, from the nitty gritty - setup and configuration, tech stack planning, store and product strategy - to leading our design and development teams through execution. In result, upon launch the site achieved sales targets within the first few hours, crushing ROI and sales objectives as well as giving Muse an ecom platform, design language and strategic vision for years to come.

On the one hand, Muse needed to articulate a high-value product packed with innovative technology that far surpassed anything in its space. On the other hand, they needed to introduce it to the world and convince customers of it’s unique benefits. Our challenge was to find harmony between these contrasting objectives and establish a creative vision that connected every single touch point through a visual story and experience.

Process & Management
The engagement begun with the highly anticipated arrival of the all new Muse 2.
To achieve these objectives with a fast approaching deadline, we needed to run point on project management while being agile when establishing our weekly sprints, resulting in a project delivered on time and within budget.
Our design approach, process and methods have been implemented, tested and refined since 2007. What's more, this process is practiced by some of the world’s leading digital organizations including Google, Meta, IDEO, McKinsey & Co, and validated by the world’s most prestigious institutions. Harvard Business Review called our way of working “the process to follow.”*

By leveraging Shopify Plus we created a custom theme and UX without limitations.

We carefully consider colour schemes, typography, and visual hierarchy to ensure easy readability and visual appeal. Additionally, we incorporate responsive design elements, making the ecommerce page accessible and user-friendly across various devices. By leveraging best UX practices, we create ecommerce pages and interactions that offer a seamless and enjoyable online shopping experience for our clients' customers.
